COBRA Reporting

Log into the COBRA system and click the drop-down option under Imports & Reports.

Member Status

The Member Status report is a summary of all member records with a status of pending, enrolled, or terminated as of a certain date. To run the report:

  • Choose Member Status under Standard Reports. If necessary, designate a division; if no designation is necessary, the system will default to All.
  • Select the Terminated Status Change Date and Terminated Status Change Date End. We generally advise the report to be run two months back and two months forward from the current date.
  • The report format should be CSV, so the report can be manipulated.
  • Enter the email address to be notified once the report is available.
  • Click Run Report. Completed reports can be found in the Job Queue.

Qualified Beneficiary Summary

The Qualified Beneficiary Summary contains a listing of all qualified beneficiary records, grouped by status. To run the report:

  • Choose Qualified Beneficiary Summary under Standard Reports. If necessary, designate a division; if no designation is necessary, the system will default to All.
  • Insurance Type Statuses determine which types of members you’d like to review.
  • It is recommended you run this report as a PDF.
  • Enter the email address to be notified once the report is available
  • Click Run Report. Completed reports can be found in the Job Queue.

New Hire

The New Hire report is a listing of employees who received the Department of Labor New Hire Notice. To run the report:

  • Choose New Hire under Standard Reports. If necessary, designate a division; if no designation is necessary, the system will default to All.
  • Select Starting Entered Date and Ending Entered Date.
  • It is recommended that you run this report as a CSV or PDF.
  • Enter the email address to be notified once the report is available.
  • Click Run Report. Completed reports can be found in the Job Queue.

Generated Letters Summary

The Generated Letters Summary is a listing of the types and number of letters sent to members within a specific date range. To run the report:

  • Choose Generated Letters Summary under Standard Reports. If necessary, designate a division; if no designation is necessary, the system will default to All.
  • Select Starting Generated Date and Ending Generated Date.
  • It is recommended you run this report as a CSV or PDF.
  • Enter the email address to be notified once the report is available.
  • Click Run Report. Completed reports can be found in the Job Queue.

Remittance

Remittance reports are posted monthly to the account. A Remittance can only be posted once the month is closed. To retrieve this report:

  • Choose Remittance under Accounting Reports.
  • Click on Report. If necessary, designate a division; if no designation is necessary, the system will default to All.
  • It is recommended that you run this report as a CSV.
  • Enter the email address to be notified once the report is available.
  • Click Run Report. Completed reports can be found in the Job Queue.

Subsidy Schedule

  • Choose Subsidy Schedule under Accounting Reports. If necessary, designate a division; if no designation is necessary, the system will default to All.
  • Choose Subsidy Start Date and Subsidy End Date.
  • It is recommended that you run this report as a CSV.
  • Enter the email address to be notified once the report is available.
  • Click Run Report. Completed reports can be found in the Job Queue.

Retrieving Reports From The Job Queue

  • Under Imports and Reports click on Job Queue.
  • All reports will be saved in the Job Queue.
  • Click on View to retrieve your report.
