The Alerus COBRA login page has been streamlined for a more intuitive experience.

• Members and Administrators logins are now combined.
• The Employers and Brokers logins are now together.
• To access the broker website, brokers should click the Sign In box under Employers & Brokers.

• New user registration is now a hyperlink under the “Need Help?” section on the right side of the login page.
• Brokers registering for the first time must click Register, then enter their registration code and brokerage EIN to complete the process.

The Home section provides a centralized hub for brokers, including:

• Important messages that require attention.
• A search function to find employers and members.
• A list of employers associated with the broker.

A new drop-down menu in the top left corner allows brokers to select an employer from their list for further review.

The individual employer page features a side navigation for quick access to:

• Plan renewal details
• General settings
• Employer contacts
• COBRA members
• Direct bill information
• Divisons
• Member details

Brokers can search for and view individual COBRA member profiles.

Once inside a profile, a left-side navigation menu allows access to:

• Profile details
• Plans & Bundles
• Dependents
• Subsidies
• Payments (paid and due)
• Letter inserts and attachments
• A timeline of COBRA-related events

In the Profile section, brokers can view member details and qualifying event information and edit certain fields.

• Brokers can now generate additional reports, including accounting reports for their associated employers.

• The file import utility allows brokers to import COBRA files following Alerus file specifications.

A new Favorites section enables brokers to:

• Access all starred or favorited pages.
• Quickly return to recently viewed records for easier navigation.
