Beneficiary Elections
Adding or changing your Health Savings Account (HSA) beneficiary online is quick and easy.
Instructions:

Log into your account. If you need help logging in, see Benefit Account Access.

From the My Alerus dashboard, select your benefit plan from the Accounts section and then click Manage My Account.

After you have successfully logged into your account, click the drop-down next to your name at the top of the page and click Profile Summary. Then click Add Beneficiary.

When adding a beneficiary, the required fields are indicated with an asterisk. Once you have completed entering the required information, select Submit. You may then proceed to enter additional beneficiaries if needed.
