Will I receive notifications when participant changes are made to the plan, such as new enrollers or deferral election changes?

Payroll reports are posted to your account every Monday. The report includes participants who enrolled or changed deferral elections in the past week. Identified administrative users will receive an email when activity occurs.

To retrieve the weekly payroll report:

  • Log in to your plan at alerusrb.com
  • Go to Manage My Files, click Retrieve Files
  • Select Payroll Reports from the dropdown menu
  • Leave “Name includes:” blank, click Search, then select the file name
