Is there a blackout period where I can’t make changes to my account?
Yes. Account access will be unavailable while your account is transitioned to the new platform. We expect the blackout period to begin at 4 p.m. ET January 28, 2026, and end no later than 11:59 p.m. ET February 3, 2026. Make any changes to your account before January 28 and save any documents you might need to reference during the blackout period, such as confirmations of investments and deferrals and tax forms. We anticipate account access will resume on the new site no later than February 4, 2026.
